Anne isn't particularly impressed with the awkward, ugly thing that is supposed to be a substitute for her real arm. (No offence to OB's LOVELY V3 hooks).
Why the wheelchair? Standard hospital policy - patients get wheeled in and out in wheelchairs. They are easier to control that way, and are less likely to "trip and sue".
