Description
This is just me experimenting with using morphs instead of a separate base figure to turn V4 into a kid. Here you see Francesca at the ages of 7, 14, and 21 (respectively from right to left).
I'm quite happy with the results, although some minor tweaking may still be needed. The 7-year-old might look slightly more well-developed in the chest than perhaps she should (I swear, her chest looks perfectly flat when viewed from a 90-degree angle). I'm still deciding.
Anyway, I'd really appreciate some frank comments about the proportions and how well I conveyed the ages overall.

Excellent work!!

Not too bad! :) The faces of the younger versions appear too adult, but the body shapes/sizes look ok.

I agree w/ the Acadia. Good job on the bodies - just the faces and possibly the hands on the child could be more youthful. Nice work!

A long time agao I had posted something about how to make younger faces with millenium figures. I'm not sure how much of this you can do with V4, but I'll repeat some of the tricks I used to use. (I also find it workable to create a young teen who looks like a young teen and not whatever Laura is supposed to be by using Maddie's head--with some adjustments--on Laura's body.) For a young head/face, you would want to lower the eyes slightly, make the face a bit rounder, shorten the nose and make it a bit smaller, raise the mouth, and shorten the head (on Vickys, I would just use LongFace in reverse and it walways works). The head/face are still bugging me here. The breasts seeming larger could also be the suit. I know you probably can't post it here but have you tried doing these nude to see the difference that way all you are dealing with in the comparisons are the body shapes alone. What could also be a good idea is to actually pose and adjust next to the preschool and teen/preteen kids to see the proportions that are already available in them and go from there.
