Beautiful shot...everything is perfect except the water. It is too rough for such a small body of water. Glassy with reflections, I think, would look better!

Lovely lighting and composition - draws you into the scene. I like the birds too. I'd agree, the water does a look a bit unsettled (unless its a bubbling hot-spring perhaps?) A very tranquil scene!
