Description
This is a new model in the Orc Village Volume 2 series - the Orc Village Surgeon. It was created in MAX, where it was also UV mapped (with a little help from Photoshop). In this render, it was imported into Vue 5 infinite and rendered in a slightly tweaked version of the "Waiting" GI atmosphere - one of my favorites. Our take on orcs follows the "fallen elf" storyline, but instead of following the influence of World of Warcraft of Everquest 2, our orcs live in a more Asiatic region. Orc Nobles most strongly resemble elves in many ways, whereas more "common" orcs have created their own culture over time

well, i like it a lot, but i think you should work your ground, its the only thing that bother me a little!!!!

The ground was kind of a surprise to me. I accidentally shrunk some plants down too small - really what I was looking for was a "patchy weed" look like Ive gotten in some of my other renders. But I like the way it came out - much more alien looking.
