I've been a lot of places, but thankfully, that wasn't one of them. Wonderful painting! The subject is intense and well portrayed, and I LOVE the way the paint itself looks. It has a 3-D feel to it - like the paint is so thick and textured in places that what we're seeing is a light source outside the painting that adds to the depth. Beautiful!

I live in the Alps Collin, swiss side, maybe more beautiful than the mountains you live but believe me I can show you enough not so beautiful places over here :) Love your mad face and that reallly absurd mood you captured, gives a sense of madness anyhow, esp. that face what I see. Hope you didnt understand my previous posting wrong LOL ;)

Like the smoothness of the overall flow - with the occasional rough edges - added to flavor the emotion portrayed... and the scream and that eye... that stares seeing, but perhaps not focused on this reality... A strong image.

Wow Collin this is great, keep going with pictures like this and you could convert me to Abstract!.I think the metal sheen is well done,Also as "Auntietk" say's the texture of the paint gives it a real three dee feel. The face to me is very Picasso, but I love it.

The "chips" out of the armor we wear and the wear and tear upon our souls, minds and bodies. Excellent abstract Collin, full of depth and emotion.
