"ReefQuest this is Six Six Juliet. Have found a spot to set down, some form of landing pad on the side of a large building. It's marked as a hospital landing pad and the stencilling is english. This place just keeps getting weirder. On final approach now. Still no signs of activity or life. Give us 30 minutes or so. Over".
