The subject for this work is an old cricket ball, hence the title. I love the effect of the damage from the balls career on its surface.

Great mood capture of the antiquated cricket ball, which, incidentally, also resembles the rotted carcass of a tire/tyre, with the treads and all. Beautiful stuff, as is your wont.
