Hello to everyone is there. I got today my 300 post and I thought since some days this rose could fit right for this event day for me. I posted this macro of rose for the last Genre Challenge, and I was in 2th place tie with 4 more artist. I hope you like this macro of rose with this velvet texture. I tryed around 10 diferent frames and never happy with that.. and not sure about this..
Thank you again to this wonderful comunity to improve me every day to make better pics with the hight quality level of pics I see every day. I feel so honored to be a little part of yours.

This is a super shot and very fitting to celebrate you 300th post. The textures are stunning - a must view at full size. I love the way the light just catches the edges of the petals. Excellent composition and well deserving of it's placing in the Genre Challenge. I think the frame is just right -not too fussy, nice and simple so that it doesn't detract the eye from the wonderful rose. Great shot. xx
