Hello all!Â
You can call me Nari :) I'm at Uni In Hull studying Philosophy with creative writing, and I'm hoping to pick up my art more in the next few months. I used to do a lot of Photography and photopmanipulations, though I haven't uploaded aything for a while. I've got my eye on Poser though, when I have a desktop perhaps.
Anyway, I wnjoy browsing the galleries, and hope to learn lots from you all.
See you around

I love the pose and the lighting is super. Excellent POV and yes, the choice of sepia works well for me. Great capture. xx

The blur does not detract from the image. Indeed, you could have said you did it deliberately for artistic reasons. It's OK, we like honesty. Taking shots at an upward angle are very difficult and you did a wonderful job with POV. I can see why Albino likes it so much.

I think the blur adds to the photo. Whenever there is low light and no tripod and/or subject movement there will be blur, no matter how expensive the camera. I hate tripods so I just go with the blur as part of my style and don't obsess over it. If it looks good to you then it is beautiful! If you look through fashion magazines you will see blur, overexposed "blown out" highlights, lack of focus, and extreme grain - all the things that the forum tech heads will blast other "newbie" photographers for. It's like their power trip. But if that style is good enough for multi million corporations to use in their advertising then why should we waste our time listening to these techno freaks? Let them pixel peep 'till their eyes fall out. Art is expression and your gallery is very expressive and wonderful to view!
