Description

This beautifully restored and customized '56 Mercury has a garage full of trophies and awards. It is powered by a 312 cubic inch T-Bird with three carbs. The Hurst shifter is connected to a Mustang 4 speed transmission. It is a favorite on "cruise night" at the local drive in restaurants.

That's cool, but I'm unsure what to comment on :) Some technical details on how you produced the image would be great.

Gotta love those 55-56 Mercs, so elegant. It is long on my 3dmodel wishlist, and when done i will surely make a rod version, lakepipes, Oldsmobile hubcaps, searchlights and hood louvers. Yessir!

The photo of the Merc was taken with my trusty, now outdated, Canon Digital Rebel and was worked over in Photoshop CS2.

Absolutely gorgeous. The only change I might have made is to raise the Mercury head so that it isn't touching the roof.

The Mercury head is too near, is the only thing I can say. For everything else, I am spechless. I would be very proud to have such a car, and be able to take such good photos. Congrats :o)

I agree....the Mercury head should have been smaller and more transparent so as not to take attention away from the car. Next time...
