Description

A beautiful woman, a fast car, and implements of destruction! What more could a guy ask for?Swidhelm gave me the idea for this one. He mentioned in a comment on another rendering I did, that he was trying to get a similiar mood in a peice he was going to do with a car. I saw the advertisment here for the muscle car by Bazze and decided to try it out. Getting good volumetric lighting outside is much harder than in an enclosed space. (REVISION)I was shutting off my computer last night when I noticed that this render ( which is my desktop at the moment) looked better in black and white. So I desaturated it added some red and yellow to get that retro/film noir/'40's look.

That's a cool image! Great render. Glad I was able to inspire you. I never finished mine with the muscle car. Though I ended up using the new Camero. Sweet image though man. And hell yeah, sweet chick, weapons and a good muscle car. Cheers

You know, I just watched the original Death Race 2000 and when I saw this my son barked out, "Look - Barbie 2.0!" Seriously - Just the mood of the image tells a story I'd want to read. Great job!
