Sort of like a giant maze. Waiting 27 hours though would be painful but the texture and depth you achieved were worth it. Excellent work.

Like a topography map .. but way better!! the details are awesome!! LOL, 27 hours would have been the perfect title! I don't think I could wait that long .. I'd have to have about three computers if I was going to have to deal with render times THAT long! But boy are the result worth it!
