Description

'Trashland' I abandoned this image after several days painting in Photoshop because it wasn't really working for me and the later version 'Wasteland' which many of you have already seen posted here looks much better and uses many elements from this original piece. It was a great learning experience and even though it was rejected in favour of 'Wasteland' I thought you might like to see it. The original image size is 9000 X 5000 (128MB) and unfortunately much of the detail is lost at this reduced size. The whole thing was done from scratch. Thanks for looking. Tony

I like this as well. The other had a much darker mood, I think because of the human sitting there with the two candles giving it an air of desolation. This makes a statement as well, but not so deep into the emotional side I think. Just the same, I like this one, too.
