Awesome! Sophistication and the attention to detail show the time required to build up to this. Keep at it!

Excellent work, David. I'm behind you 100% on space exploration. If the threat of global warming is half as real as it seems to be, it should be a priority for us to seek off-earth resources should the need to "move" arise. If for nothing else then to improve our lot through finding new elements and substances to bolster our science and medical advancements.

An excellent presentation. Only wish it was really happening now. It might have been, if the American public and its elected representatives weren't so risk adversive. I don't know of any enterprise or technological achievement that hasn't had great risk and often human sacrifice of lives. (And I'm a student of history) It still baffles me that we actually eliminated two trips to the moon, then refused to leave near-Earth orbit for the next 30 some years! If I'm lucky, I may see Americans living on our moon for brief "hardship tours." I should have--and could have--been watching such for at least 20 plus years. The result is that America may lose it preiminence in space in the very near future; and with it what little technological superiority and leadership we have left; which fuels our economy and provides thousands of jobs and priceless technological benefits in all areas of our lives. I truly believe that unless we soon start placing our tax dollars where we say our space goals are, that the space of the future will belong to the Chinese, Indians, and Brazilians. If I sound royally pissed, it is because I am.

Another superbly detailed design! Always appreciate the effort you put into these and I also like the concet of an 'unfolding story' as you treat us to seeing the various stage of the mission! Agree with you wholeheartedly on your views on space exploration. A far, far greater use with which to put mankind to than pretty much anything I could think of! Space exploration embodies that most fundamental of human interests that separates us from all other (known!) life - the desire to know and understand. Landing someone on the Moon was undoubtedly the human race's greatest achievement, not only for the technical aspects, but for the embodiment of the spirit of discovery. That same spirit will be what drives us to actually go to Europa and perhaps even discover the first life on another planet. We should all work together to make sure that dream come true!
