Description
i been rendering a group of renderings on a house designed by Michael Graves and supposed to be built here in Egypt,.. i was testing the possibilities of three good rendering engines the Vray, Mental ray and Maxwell rendering plugin,....still confused about which one is the best ,...any way my clients accepted only the vray result ,..but my personal opinion the maxwell was better,...any way as usual all comments r welcomed

mmmmm ... in my 'modest' opinion the Mental Ray and the Maxwell results are ofcourse better than V-Ray ... but to decide which of them is the best i think we should compare between similar shots ... each has it's special mood, both give an undeniable degree of reality. The Maxwell renderer 'products' always give me the impression of "Once Upon a Time, ..."!!! Just a first impression GOOD LUCK

Rather uncharacteristic design for Michael Graves with the barrel-vault rooftop. But I haven't been following his work in recent years. Your work is top notch. Think I'd present the Maxwell series even if a cloudless day should probably generate sharper shadows.

Maxwell gives the best realism,but mental ray gives the best render ,vray is the worst bet. them.........so gr8 effort from u ...Thx 4 viewing.

man it does not make a difference which engine u choose the most important thing is the client.. what does the client want???? this is the right question to ask. the clever architect is the one who work SMART not HARD.. remember this SMART...almost all you result are nice, if you use the strips material in (maxwel) and put it in the m-ray (the top image) it will give the best result. client dont care or know what technique you have used. he/she cares about the result. man i know you have done a great effort and i thank you for the support. have a nice day.

I like the maxwell render. The vray is more immediately attractive, though.

i'd go with the V-Ray one... the lighting in v-ray looks more realistic.

t3dadat el2ra2 walrender wa7ed in shot no.1 up ifound vray more reality from mental and shot no4 i found mentalray more than vray i think the lightining is contorol about this u can give the reality to photo with ur best light but all of them good renderer and excellant model and u still my master until i die with best wishes my master i lern from u every thing and u will give to us the Creativity

Before I'd read your notes, and thus the reason for this post, I'd decided that I liked the second one down on the right the best. So I guess that puts me in agreement with you and most of the others. Having said that, it's a little like trying decide which wine you prefer when only the glass has been changed. They are all of vintage quality. Excellent work. Tom.

ya 3ene ya bashmohandes 2a3dt terandar kol da?!!!!!! bas sara7a el vray wel maxwell both 're so good, i like the vray first shot alot but also we can't 4get the other maxwell's especially the first one of the ice effect i like it alooooooooooot. as usual amazing work ya bashmohandes :)
