Hello!
I tried to make that old lady look younger.
More difficult, than it appears ;-)
I had some difficulties with her long big chin and neck.
How can I make it better?

Love the hair color and the way you filled it out to make a younger style. You might want to adjust the face color(to match the left over neck skin) and pixelate a little to make look less painted. Also may want to do some cloning to create a neckline on the side you smudged...the ribbon she's wearing is deformed. However, your initial work is great.
