bonbon has said it for me ! I remember your previous posting ( which I like'd as well ) however the clarity is the thing here, a pristine city on a bright day. Carefull work and wonderful vision, a real treat !

well c heydt, at all it takes about 8 or 9 hours (splitted on 1 week) to create te scene, in vers.2 I added a sphere with a colour ran between red and darkblue in the luminescence-channel cause the radiosity. After that I have done some changes on the camere and so on... that was done in 15 min or so. Ahhh, by the way, thanX to you all for the comments!!! ~{o;)

Did you model all the buildings? If so, it must have been a lot of work. ;-)

Most of them, some are only copies with changes of size and rotated a bit... it`s not so difficult as it looks like... ~{o;)

Very nice work FAKE. I really admire your texturing. Anyways, how long did it take for your machine to cough out the scene with the radio' setting you're using? Keep up the great work :)!

Charley-Raj, it taked a bit more than 15 hours to render this one here, but I must say that the computer I used is not the fastest... ~{o;)

great work - I wonder how to do this details, thats my main problem (and my English, yes). When I try to get this kind of clear details, my scene gets to big for my workspace :-) Would you make a tutorial? :-)))

Fake my friend, I loved this image the way you originally posted it, although this version is also a wonderful display of not only your creative mind, but an encyclopedia of testament to your love of detail and precision. In my personal opinion, (nothing more) I would reduce the size of the main landing pad so as to add more depth, and more importantly, not obscure so much of the grand city you worked so hard on to create. I stress that this is my (own) opinion, and is in no way a critical statement on your suburb and skilled abilities. Were it a movie, I'd be in line just to see the 'fly-over' sequences you created. A beautiful job my friend.

Excellent! I noticed in this version you pulled out more details in your shadows then in your original under the other name. I'm guessing you killed the Ambient light since Ambient settings in most 3D apps tend to render flat and lifeless. Excellent work, Fake. Funny...for someone who uses the name "FAKE" your renders are very realistic. :)
