Description
Haven't uploaded a thing lately, because nothing really seems good enough to finish. And I'm not entirely happy about this one either. Lighting took me about a week and a zillion test renders, and nearly every object is seperately lit which ofcourse caused troubles with shadows.
I swear I'm artistically depressed...
Anyways, scene modeled in C4D, clothes done with clothide, hair with Hair module and Victoria 4 posed in Poser 6. Some postwork in PS.

Dont worry about it. I think we all come to a point where we basically "hit a wall" artistically. I havent uploaded anything since February, cause I've basically become disgusted with Poser and anything involving a pre-made model. Im sure with using C4D you can relate a bit. I recommend just trying new things and going in a direction that you wouldnt normally go with your art. Dont worry, you'll find your motivation again.

Self critique & feelings of frustration/depression make for good art. We see things that were there but not seen. Your ability to compose this in your said state of mind proves to me that you have not lost your ability nor "hit a wall"! Texture, lighting, pose & composition of this visualization from your imagination in my opinion is outstanding! If I thought otherwise I would say! Regards Phlynn
