Hi this is my Little Ego!
Today has been 1 month of not smoking.
I'am on Chantix a non nicotine pill.

It really helps a whole lot. :O) The Pills.
I have smoke from age 14 till a month ago. I'm 64 years old.
I really feel free, from being a salve to nicotine and smoking. I no longer have a cough at night and the morning. It will take a while for my lung capicatiy to improve.
