Description

Just on the left from my last post "Ripples Are Formed" , the pressure builds up and cracks open the crusted lava rocks. The living earth never stops to rest and more lava pours out. Aloha and thank you for viewing.

That darker bit of rock in the foreground looks like a little seal just laying there waiting to be covered.. ouch!! I never tire of these shots, the feeling of motion in the ground is fantastic and the textures, perfect. Great shot. xx

Oh, now this is just cool. I had no idea this sort of thing could happen as well, though now that I see it it makes perfect sense. Awesome!

Not only is the earth alive but in my belief, all things are born of the earth and so this is a sort of birth process. A beautiful thing to see.

A fine shot, Errol. Imagine what the pressure must be miles below the vent. I'm glad you're so careful when you're out there.

Wonderfully! The description as the book, more likely the author which writes the good story

I agree with sema fox (above) .... the story teller is terrific as well as the shots .... each alone may not have the same impact. TY for always having such good description and wonderful captures, sharky! (love that name G )

This is why you must probe with a stick when walking on newly formed lava, you never know what is on the bottom...Nice shot here~ Aloha~
