Beautiful character! If you want to make it "photorealistic" try to blur some of the elements of the face and hair. You can also add som noise and subtle glows.

Excellent lighting, just love the soft shadows. I agree with beep, blurring would add some depth and noise will give that 'photo' look. Well done.
