Whether or not one agress with this war, hats off to our young men and women who volunteer, often with their lives, to make this a better world! I have the worst problems with lighting...can someone tell me why their faces look dirty? What do I do to correct it? As always thanks for looking and your comments.

you can do a lot of this with lighting. By positioning a dim light below, you can pull back some of the shadow that's causing it. You can also change the light color, but a little goes a long way...;) Only thing I notice is the M16s/4s (I should pay more attention..;), need to be textured, something greyish-black would do. Can do it in the material room, if you're Poser5 or better. Great pic, keep it up.

Very good, I find the same can happen with certain lightsets you buy online, but I agree with pakled a dim light below them would take some of the dark shadows off their faces
