Overall the layout of this composition is very nice, good use of foliage and a nice sense of depth. But there are lighting troubles here as well. Too much light coming from the front of the image casting light toward the back. I thought firelight, but the light appears to be shining down. I had initially critiqued this as sunlight, then I saw the title again. For moonlight, there's too much light in the image. Her pose is okay, but her face doesn't tell me how she feels about her location, the time of day, the weather. The elements are all here and nicely placed to tell a story but they need a little tweaking.

Yup, have to agree with kalon. This is a nicely composed image but the lighting (for moonlight) isn't right. There is definately a strong source of light coming from front upper-left that just doesn't fit with the title. This light is illuminating the girl, and the caravan but not the tree on the right. I think if you sort this out you will have a beautifully framed image.

Lovely image. She's very beautiful and has the right expression. Her dress is very good. Regarding the pose, i would personally prefer something more extreme (if i didnt read the title, i wouldnt know that she was dancing). Regarding lighting, i agree with Kalon and lemur01.

Beautiful love her pose and the hair pose too . As for the moon light nothing wrong with it, bet they havent heard of a red, orange or pinky moon, nope that has never happened, lol, well done:)

All the components that make up this painting is perfectly placed. Very good. But it is the lighting. If you own photo editing software, darken the image there, rather than rendering all over again. #4 rating.

thanks for your comments, they are much appreciated. im leaving the lighting as is, its a fantasy picture, i wasnt aiming for realism. i lightened it in photoshop because the picture was originally too dark. cheers, rose

Very mystical, dreamy or a little of both. I'm seeing otherworldly, someplace magical. If I had to say something other than great work!, I would say to turn her counter clockwise somewhere between 35 and 65 degrees and rotate her at the hip or abdomen so she's facing the viewer as she is now.
