Next day, Charly headed for the DPD (Dystopian police department). He had some good connections there, ever since he had covered up Officer Hopes , criminal intentions. Low on the horizon, the morning sun didnt even reach the streets yet, Charly had decided to get up early for it was almost impossible to reach the citycenter during the rushhours.
