Description
On a walk to Cotherstone a village about 5 miles away along the River Tees from Barnard Castle.
Clare and I came across this perfect place for our picnic. We stopped here for about 20 minutes, it was lovely the only sounds were the running water in the beck and the "baah-ing" of sheep. No traffic noise at all.
You could sit there thinking the place had not changed for 1000's of years!
