Description
i have a small brick wall surrounding part of my flower garden. there is dirt on top of it, and i planted a few tulips in it to see if they would grow. i went outside one day to photograph them, and saw this one laying on the wall.
i used my olympus e-300 evolt digital camera, set at macro.
so far, out of all my flower photos, this is my favorite.

The pink against dark textures is really stark. The petals look a bit abused, perhaps by a strong wind or storm over night? I can see why its a favorite of yours.
