She does look street tough... Though one has to wonder if that expression isn't because she's missing the top of her head!?! All kidding aside, she is cute and I really do like that expression! The beads are a nice touch to her hair, which looks painted ~ and also well done!

All your characters are beautifully done. This is actually the character that turned my eyes to your creations. Ironically I don't own P7 so I don't have Sydney to get this character. But that doesn't stop me from browsing your others. Great characters and renders.
