Description

I have a couple of pairs of Cardinals around here this year - so far - and they are always such a pleasure to watch. Did you know they really show a lot of affection for one another? I see them kissing all the time. It's so sweet. I have managed to get just one picture of a pair kissing, but it really turned out lousy. You know how that goes. Exellent shot! We have them around here in Northern virginia. Its birght red colors make it a male. Females are a dull red-brown. They have a distinct call.
