Nice Image! The only problems I noticed were with your shadows. The shadows don't quite touch the bottom of the bars and look a bit aliased on the mattress. If indeed they are shadow mapped shadows, I'd lower the bias (maybe to around .2)and increase the size (perhaps double it). Otherwise looks great!

the scene and lighting is very good, no problem with that, the only thing i can say is, you need bigger textures and try not to let the whole image rely on the bump maps,...
