If you use a second skin you should use it as a bump or displacement map, it looks like body painting at the moment - especially with that prominent nipples. The pose is well done and moody, the expression on the face fits very well. Lighting is good, but maybe a tad to dark on her lower right arm - especially with that brioghtly lit leg below.

her pose, her expression, the composition and the lighting all fit a contemplative, peaceful mood. it makes you stop and take a breath, relax a little. the clothes, however, jar this mood. their cut and style imply action, aggression and impersonal sexuality. they look to me like they came from another picture. my suggestion is to either put her in something simpler and more classic, allow her to be nude, or drape her in cloth that's plain white or one color matte (not velvet or satin). overall it's a very strong work, and i think a change of clothes could make it even stronger.
