Description

Just a quickie after re-reading 'The Master of Go' by Yasunari Kawabata. I was playing with depth of field, but my experiments failed miserably. So I just blurred the background picture! [which I think was snaffled from here] Note: The setup shows the start of the last session of the famous game between Shusai (21st in Honimbo succession) and Otake (real name Kitani Minoru) The game started on 26th June 1938 and finished on 4th December. Shusai, unbeaten for nearly 50 years, lost by 5 points. He died a couple of years later. C4D R10 / PSP 9 for logo Thanks for dropping by.

Nicely worked. The DOF kludge seems to have worked...sometimes the best solution is the simplest!
