Description

I have finally decided to take my decade long obsession with Dune to the rendering table. This is the first in a series of images I have planned. A lone Fremen Sandwalker on the Funeral Plain just west of Sietch Tar. This one was really a test of creating the landscape for using in my Arrakis images (hence the lack of Jubba cloak and repkit). It still needs a some work. Some of the work being a decent stillsuit and a jubba cloak. ;o) If any of you masters can provide some advice on how to make the dunes more "duney" I would appreciate it. LOL! And yes...it's a female Fremen and not a male one. LOL! The males are coming up next in "The Sandriders." Poser/Bryce

Hi Nikitacreed! I'm embarrased to say I've never seen Dunes ... ;-( This is interesting, sure looks hot there!, keep up the good work.

nikitacreed, you get cooler and cooler everytime I read your name. I would like to see a still suit tex done for the catsuit, Davo's seem to resemble David Lynch's interpretation fairly well. Anyhow, I love the subject matter as Herbert is my favorite Sci Fi. -Gazzy!
