Description

The Skye ferry I've uploaded this more to share the experience than the quality of the photo. I've been crossing Skye to get to and from the mainland since we moved out to Lewis 5yrs ago..but I've never really stopped. I've always wanted to take this ferry. The experience is wonderful .. if a little surreal. I'd hate to do it in bad weather. Thanks for LOoking Fairy Blessings Emma

Used to take a ferry not much bigger than that in southern Illinois several times a year. Was always a great experience and somewhat calming for me, but always wondered what it would be like in a storm. Never miss the chance to take a different route!
