Glittaro is a Photoshop (and Photopaint, PSP) plugin from Flaming Pear http://www.flamingpear.com/download.html. I think the girl appears transparent because the texture applied on her is similar to the background texture, it wasn't intentional. Thanks everyone, for looking and taking the time to post some comments!
