Description
My father in law gave a helping hand to a tiny bird that had bumped into a window, picking him up and placing him out of harms way to recover.
I just love the contrast between the tiny new bird, and the world worn gentle hands of the 'giant' that holds him safe.

what a lovely and touching image.......what a sad story......I had also 2 birds died that smash against the window.....how sad.....now I hang something there so that they see its no open space....

The bird was a bit dazed, but was put on a bird table to recover and flew away within a few minutes. Lucky little fellow...:-)
