Hey big 'C', long time no see...lol. Super happy to see you doing a post again.. yippie!!!! Made my day! And what a fantastical render it is too! I know it seemed like a safer time back then but that was due to TV programs that portrayed ideal worlds.. (Leave it to Beaver, Father knows Best, My three Sons, Donna Reed Show.. etc.) Imagine the fun of living in the real old west with gun slingers, or during prohibition with gangsters.. the primitive dentists and doctors. Personally, I like it here and now.. much better. Besides, we have so many cool gadgets and we can fly and create cool stuff (like this image).. Ok.. I'm done now.. but you get the idea.. Still, I would like to visit a place like this now and then.. Best regards, welcome back and a big Bravo from Dave :^)

Chorny, oh so happy to see you back in the crazy group. My version, is, I was not afraid to come home late at night, and our doors did not have to be bolted shut. To hell with the PLUTOCRATS. They were not in my imediate life. My family was. That's where my concern stood. Now, I would not walk to the corner, without carrying a BIG STICK, or a protective dog. Love this image, and it brings back the good old days, when I was learning to drive stick shift, in an old Chevy. Thanks for the memories, sweety. Huggs...Silkylady...

outstanding composition and reminds me of many small towns that has almost disappeared over time.I think things were just as dangerous, but now there are so many more people and that escalates the problems
