Description

I've been so preoccupied with posting shots of autos, butterflies, roses and other flowers, etc., I had completely forgotten about the bizarre cloud photos lying dormant in my hard drive that I had taken between 12/8/05 and 12/19/05 -- well over a year ago -- when nature put on a wild and woolly display of cloud formations rarely seen over Southern California. I know you folks out there in the southeastern part of the USA, and in some other parts of the globe, get this quite often, but not around here. Since my judgement was clouded this afternoon (pun intended) over which photo to pick out of the oodles I have of this phenomena, I finally said, times awastin', and selected this shot. ...not generally a big fan of sunset photos - but I like the chaotic nature of this one - supporting silhouettes work well with the busy cloud formations.

Sometimes ya gotta just close your eyes and pick one. This one is good! I like it! Colors, silhouettes, clouds in motion, tasteful frame. An all-around excellent image.
