well , this is another beneficial insect, a Damselfly.very close relative to dragonflies. damselflies when at rest the fold their wings back along their torso while dragonflies keep theirs extended. I think this is a Blue Dasher and they are very small compared to their cousins thanks so much for your visit and any comments

Wonderful POV, composition, textures and detail in this capture of what I first thought was a blue nail of some sort. I can't believe the perfect tubular form of the body, or thorax, of the Damselfly. I also like the flitting wings.
