I tried to capture here some of the final stages of a "FLYING BACK KICK" in mid -air. The kick was executed with the right foot which was the rear one from a fighting stance. While leaping straight up, she twisted her body 180 degrees to the right, stretching her leg as high as she could while spotting the target over her shoulder. The move was circular from left to right, hitting with the edge or heel of the right foot. The hit : the head or more precisely the right temple of the opponent. The kick was also known as the "POP-UP BACK KICK" in Taekwondo and kung fu and was considered a very powerful and deadly kick. DO NOT TRY THIS AT HOME WITHOUT THE SUPERVISION OF A QUALIFIED INSTRUCTOR !
