Description
Captured about 3 PM on 5/26/07, very close by in my condo complex.
And surprise, surprise, surprise; other than some cropping, no postwork performed, which always leaves me with the same gnawing feeling I get when I wonder if I left the bathroom light on in my abode when I'm off on a long trip.

I spent a goodly amount of time this morning trimming all the spiking branches of dried blooms off of mine. These are healthy and happy to be sure. Good shot!

I can easily imagine your nagging sense of a task somehow incomplete. However, your judgment appears to be sound, my friend, and I concur with your belief that this image requires nothing further. A fortuitous capture, indeed! Subtle colors, warm and inviting light, appropriate focus, and a pleasing composition all combine to create a harmonious and artistic whole.
