Description

I recently returned from a vacationto England. I took 500 photos, mostly of stuff I took photos off last time. but this year was slightly different in that I had my Canon 300D. AND I took everything in RAW which really makes a difference. It's going to take some time to convert everythig and I certainly wont post all the pictures here. But they will be on my website everntually. This Peacock was taken at Groombridge Place which is where they filmed a lost of Pride and Prejudice (The Keira one). He was just walking around with his tail down and when we walked back he started showing off (without much luck) to a Peahen. Sorry about the large size. At 3700pixels it looks great and I couldn't bring myself to cut it down any further. I'm displaying this resized, but if you can, please look at it at 1500 pixels. It's slightly blurred at the edges since I had the camera set to quite a large appeture and at 135mm and therefore a shallow depth of field, but I think it draws the eye into the head. I'm still learning about all this stuff. Thanks for looking.
