Description
setsuna is the princess of pluto, and transforms to reformation fighter, sailor pluto
earlier she acts as a distant guardian of rini while the girl is in the 20th century, she is charged to guard the gate of time with her key shaped garnet rod.
sailor pluto has the power to stop time( although the use of this power is forbidden)
i didnt have a staff shaped like a key so i used what i did have

ty all glad u like it actually the rpg book is awesome as a background resource and ive done all but sailormoon herself and darien both will be tricky as i dont have a proper pigtail hair for aiko or wonderwoman bondage boots eather and no tux for hiro to be tuxido mask so im considering the king and queen of crystal tokyo
