Description

This rhododendron lives two doors down from me, on the corner of a neighbor's lot. I was standing up in their raised flower bed, taking pictures of their plants when they got home one afternoon. (I don't actually know these people to talk to, mind you!) They just waved and smiled and went in the house. I'm thinking the people in my neighborhood are just a LITTLE bit too used to me wandering around being eccentric! Due to the circumstances under which this image was taken, I'm dedicating it to collinbabcock, in honor of his vision.

I'll have to show this to Cydni she loves purple...beautiful capture and just go right ahead and take pictures of peoples flowers...just don't go in the backyard...lol...Thanks on the comment of my black and white.

You just keep getting better and better and most proficient in your rhododendron captures! Stellar POV, lighting, black and purplish colors and detail in this compo, my dear! Incidentally, if I'm ever caught taking pictures of flowers on my neighbor's property, they make a call to the Sheriff's Department and I land up in custody.
