Description

This little production is more complicated than it might appear. The fort structure was created as a grayscale elevation map in Paint Shop Pro, as was a separate map for a generic cratered surface. These were then imported into Bryce and combined as a single object. The result was then rendered as a final grayscale elevation suitable for use in Terragen. I should also note that the low ground mist was added with a textured paintbrush in Paint Shop Pro.

there are some minor render mistakes just beneath the fort (You can use the clonepensil to correct them) If I'm correct you can export (bryce5) bryce terrains as USGS dem and convert them by using 3dem (sse www.terrasource.net)into terragen terrainfiles

Nice, melancholy image. For exporting terrains from Bryce, I sort of cheat, I enter the terrain editor and then hit print screen on the keyboard ans use photoshop to cut out the actually elevation map.
