Description

Hello to you all. We as a group (in my experience) we take so many excellent shots of plants. Flowers, leaves, seeds and even thorns get a great deal of attention from us but we tend to ignore or over look those less glamorous parts of plants which fill a vital role. My subject today is the support structure of a plant. It holds everything together, acts as conduit supplying water and other vital materials from the roots to the rest of the plant but is rarely used as a subject itself. Enough of my rambling on, hope you enjoy the capture. Many thanks to all of you who have viewed and/or commented on my previous image. I appreciate it a great deal.
