I was over seeing Abby and her parents Nicki and Nick in their new apartment. Abby was spending her usual game with me which consisted of carefully exploring my breast pocket and removing anything she found, laying the objects out, and then returning them to me one item at a time. After a while she switched to her other game, holding my camera and playing with the lens cover and controls. I snapped a picture of her so when she turned it back to playback, she'd smile and say "Abby!" Well, when I got home and looked at the picture on my monitor, I found she'd accidentally arranged for her first soft focus portrait. Not sure what she'd been eating when I came over but it cleaned up okay. The black background is the futon sitting on the floor Abby has claimed as her space. Aside from punching up the brightness a little, this is the image straight off the CFII card. Hopefully I'll be getting back to uploading images on a regular basis again soon. I'm still jobhunting, I'm rehabbing a bedroom with way too many cracks in the wall and ceiling paint coming off in sheets, I'm modifying a really stupidly designed loft (NOT my design, thank Ghu!) into a form that will fit into a different bedroom, and of course I'm perpetually trying to corner the ever elusive Joleen.
