mainly tests on terrain displacements and clouds also its really tough to get the trees to go exactly where you want

great displacement work here. I really like the way you seem to have created a path through the rocks, and that brave little lonely tree sets the image off well. You might want to try bumping up the sample rate on the clouds. Also maybe put a small fill light in the foreground just to soften the foreground shadows a touch.
