Alright...so this definitely isn't the best photo I've shot before, but it's the only one that came out even halfway decently.
Went to see Within Temptation and Lacuna Coil Friday night at Slim's in San Francisco. Unfortunately they couldn't tell me what the camera policy was before I left the house. And since we were taking BART (subway) in my choices were leave the camera at home or take it and if it wasn't allowed leave a $300 camera at the club's coat check. So we took my brother's much much smaller camera that we could smuggle in if we so choose to. Which of course means my camera would have been allowed in...oh well.
We were only about 15 feet from the stage, but little digital cameras aren't exactly suited to take photos in low light with all the stage lighting changing so frequently...and the flash was reflecting horribly off the effects fog. Looked much better in person than it does here, that's for sure. LOL.
Awesome show though...not long enough, but with four bands on the billing I guess it was about as long as it could get.
