Good Evening all!
Hope your week is moving along, mine seems full of stacks of paper and other "interesting" things ;)
As this painting progressed the child emerged from the building. I hope you enjoy.

A fabulous piece! I love this face. What's really got me spending time though, is all the detail on the window frame, with the spiral scene along the side, and the wonderful lights and textures. Gorgeous work, my dear! I only wish it were bigger so I could wallow around in all that detail a bit more!

The image has an oriental feel to it, in part from the face of the girl, but also all the gold leaf adornment the interior. It has a beautiful illustrative feel, perfect for a short story in a magazine. Thank you for sharing and all the best to you. egmont
