Description

Somewhere in the Araxis Quadrant lies the planet Cecropia and it's moon Nilos. A Federation Penal Colony was constructed on Nilos by the inmates who are kept in detention there..... This is a work in progress. All elements were created with Apophysis 2.05 Beta 2 Z Plus.
